He has been instrumental in the success of startup and high-growth companies throughout his career. Under the direction of Brick, Agile Networks has grown from a startup to a high-growth telecommunications company that enables economic development by bringing large scale, high performance backhaul and last mile wireless solutions to the public safety, carrier and enterprise marketplaces. Brick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Akron and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
Kyle Quillen has gained over a decade of experience leading organizations. He is nationally recognized as a leader in the designing, engineering and deployment of data infrastructure aimed at economic development and reducing costs for government and business entities. As an expert in tools necessary to support the requirements and design of public safety communication systems, Quillen has become a sustaining resource to a wide range of partners. He has led various organizations to create vision and execute the deployment of data networks and other communication assets. Using his extensive knowledge and involvement in broadband development, Quillen has been instrumental in delivering connectivity solutions to remote locations and maintaining a vision to continue the expansion of the network’s capabilities.
Christin O’Farrell is an experienced human resources professional with over twelve years in the field. O’Farrell takes on the responsibility of managing the employee experience at Agile Networks by overseeing strategic planning and development, HR operations and facilities management. She leads the recruiting efforts to find the best talent available to facilitate the success and growth of Agile Networks. O’Farrell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Oral Roberts University.
Dennis McNeil serves as Solutions Architect with a focus on strengthening business operations both internally and with our strategic business partners. McNeil has over 15 years of experience to include Information Technology leadership, strategic planning, IT practices and methodologies implementation, and employee development. He has been responsible for leading large IT projects for multi-billion dollar organizations and brings his knowledge and ability to unify a team in order to complete necessary tasks that are imperative for organizational success. McNeil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Kent State University and holds his ITIL Certification.
Robert Yankle is a wireless program professional with over 20 years experience of progressive responsibility in business development, site development services, and leadership mentoring. Yankle is effective in developing relationships at all levels in the telecom industry and is respected by clients, peers, and industry leaders for his commitment to driving results and transforming concepts into reality. Yankle is responsible for guiding the site deployment team to achieve the goals and objectives through increased operational performance.
Scott Rudolph brings over 21 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. Rudolph has diversified experience which includes Director and Program Management for full scale market build outs to include RF engineering, site acquisition, construction management, and integration and turn-up. He has worked with industry leaders to complete projects to expand telecom infrastructure. Rudolph is responsible for leading the site development team to continue growing The Agile Network.
Scott Sidol has over 20 years of sales experience in the Information Technology field. Sidol has worked with C-level clients in companies ranging from small business to enterprise customers and with a strong focus on identifying customer needs and crafting solutions that address those needs. He leads a growing sales team at Agile that works with customers to create customized solutions delivered by The Agile Network – Ohio’s first and only statewide 1 Gig backhaul network.
Steve Merriman has a successful senior management career of over 25 years deploying, operating, and maintaining wireless and fiber-optic telecommunications networks. With a proven track record of achieving results, Merriman now leads the deployment and operation of The Agile Network. He is responsible for overseeing the 24/7 Network Operation Center, the deployment as the network continues to grow, and coordinate efforts between departments to ensure efficiency. Merriman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
