Imix Shish is a seasoned attorney and business executive with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications, wireless infrastructure and technology fields. Previously, he was Managing Senior Counsel at InSite Wireless Group, serving as primary counsel for the company’s DAS/Small Cell division as well as three of the company’s operating subsidiaries (including Agile Networks). Most recently, he acted as Interim General Counsel for an independent federal subsidiary of a large international telecommunications company.
Prior to joining InSite, Mr. Shish was Of Counsel at a boutique telecommunications law firm in Washington, D.C., where he began his legal career, and catered primarily to Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Shish earned his BA in Telecommunications at the Pennsylvania State University, and his JD at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he also earned a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School. He is licensed to practice in his home state of Maryland, as well as New York and Washington, D.C., and is a registered Corporate Counsel for Agile Networks in Ohio.
